In order to submit an article, you must first sign up to the online portal. To sign up, click on the “Registration” option in the “Login To System” menu. After registering, you will be able to submit your article through the “Control Panel”.

Conference participation fee:
- A 20% discount is included for IEEE members

Non student & IEEE member or smart network association:

• Conference participation with article:4,800,000 IRR
• Conference participation without article:5,600,000 IRR
• Second and subsequent articles (for each additional article) : 4,000,000 IRR

Student & IEEE member or smart network association:

• Conference participation with article:4,000,000 IRR
• Conference participation without article :4,800,000 IRR
• Second and subsequent articles (for each additional article):3,200,000 IRR

Non student- neither IEEE member nor smart network association: 

• Conference participation with article: 6,000,000 IRR
• Conference participation without article: 7,000,000 IRR
• Second and subsequent articles (for each additional article): 5,000,000 IRR

Student - neither IEEE member nor smart network association: 

• Conference participation with article: 5,000,000 IRR
• Conference participation without article: 6,000,000 IRR
• Second and subsequent articles (for each additional article): 4,000,000 IRR
