The 14th International Smart Grids Conference aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences and enhance the scientific and specialized knowledge of participants. As part of this conference, several relevant workshops will be held to address the conference themes and community needs. Researchers and stakeholders from universities, industries, government agencies, and private organizations are invited to complete the proposed workshop details in the workshop request form and submit it to the conference email address at sgc2024@Khatam.ac.ir. The received proposals will be reviewed by the conference organizing committee, and the results will be communicated via email.

Here are the key dates related to the workshop submission process:

• Deadline for submitting workshop requests: 15 Shahrivar 1403 (September 5, 2024)
• Announcement of request review results: 15 Mehr 1403 (October 6, 2024)
• Submission of final presentation files and slides: 4th Dey 1403 (December 24, 2024)
• Workshop dates: 11th and 12th Dey 1403 (December 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025)
